Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchangeable item.
Due to the nature of our business, any merchandise that has been customized using our licensed software is non-refundable.
When a customer places a customized order in our store, he or she has agreed to purchase their customized order as-is with no exceptions.
If a customer places an order for an item that has not been altered using our licensed software or in any way outside of our store, the product may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
